The Barracuda Brasserie
Designed to
enhance the gourmet experience, where you can accompany your
meal with a wine or champagne of your choice from our
comprehensive worldwide list.
The speciality is a Modern English style of cuisine, with an
emphasis on fresh seasonal local produce. Our Chef also offers a
wonderful daily selection of fresh fish dishes that are again entirely
seasonal with all ingredients from local suppliers.
Amy Johnston-Keyte the Head Chef and proprietor has been
strongly influenced in her style and cuisine by some of the worlds
most famous and contemporary chefs since the age of 18 and
this shows this in her excellent mouth watering menus.
Functions
and Conferences
The
Barracuda is also available as a tailored function room for
corporate days, meetings, weddings, funerals and special occasions.
The room can hold 50 people for either a formal or informal
event with all functions and special requirements catered for. |

The Bar
The design of the Brasserie is in keeping with the
excellence of food offered.The Brasserie is decorated in soft
blues and relaxing shades; with leather sofas for pre or after
dinner drinks.
The Bar offers a more relaxed atmosphere, serving traditional
ales and wines that cater to the most discerning of tastes.
Served
at the Bar is also a selection of cocktails and sparkling wines.
The bar menu provides light lunches or simple snacks and is available
all day.
The Herb Courtyard
So called due
to the herbs growing around the edge, is a light and airy room
where both the bar and
restaurant meals can be enjoyed.The restaurant and the
courtyard are both non-smoking environments. Children are
welcome, and all requirements such as high chairs and a children's
menu are available upon prior request.
